
Cultivated with patience and organic processes on our estate in the spectacular wilds of Scotland, our Organic King Oysters are one of the largest and most celebrated mushrooms that we grow. As delicious as nature intended – think umami with rich, woody and creamy base notes and a hint of sweet velvet nuts – our Organic King Oysters often star on restaurant menus as ‘Vegan Scallops’ or ‘Mushroom Steaks’. Cap-to-stem edible and with a tender consistency when cooked, our Organic King Oysters are often included in our Organic Gourmet Medley and work wonderfully with any of the hundreds of recipes in our app.
