To maintain our commitment to excellence, we harvest our produce on the day of dispatch and conduct thorough quality checks before items leave our farm. While our packages are marked as fragile for careful handling, our produce is not dispatched in a temperature-controlled environment. Perishable goods are sent using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service for next-day delivery, while non-perishables are sent using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service.
Please note that we have no control over the handling of goods during transit, nor can we control the actual delivery time. Royal Mail’s delivery times, especially during peak periods like Christmas, may vary. For an assured next-day delivery, consider upgrading to Royal Mail Special Delivery (£15) by contacting us. In the unfortunate event of damaged goods, please provide photographs of the box, packaging, and damaged items when contacting us via email.
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders as expected, there may be rare circumstances—such as crop failures, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen events—that prevent us from doing so – either because the order cannot be delivered or cannot be dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund. Customers will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Once an order has been cancelled and refunded, no further obligation exists between the customer and our business.
